Calcium reduce body fat,thus reduce body weight.Recently this information is given by the researchers of Paraview University. They have reached in this decision after getting the result from the experiment on two groups of women.

Reduce Body Weight

 They give calcium rich food to one group and less calcium containing food to another group . They tell that,in deficiency of calcium,increases parathyroid hormone and vitamin D level in blood. As a result fat stores in the body and weight increase. On the other hand, increased calcium level in the blood reduce the parathyroid and vitamin D level.
Reduce Body Weight
Calcium increases whole body fat oxidation and higher calcium intakes promote a modest energy loss through increased fecal fat excretion.In this way calcium reduce body fat & reduce body weight. So we should eat calcium rich food to reduce and control our body weight.
